• Prior to the start of the treatment, the therapist will ask you to fill out a Clients History Form. Please arrive 10 minutes prior the treatment to complete the form.
  • After the interview and assessment of the health history form, we will conduct a physical assessment to identify problems or pains, then suggest appropriate treatment to suit client’s need.
  • Client may choose from a range of pure natural massage oils.
  • After the consultation, the therapist instructs you how to lie on the table — face up or face down underneath the towel — and then leaves the room. He or she will knock or ask if you are ready before entering.
  • During massage, the clients are generally covered with towels. The therapist uncovers only the part of the body he/she is working on, a technique called draping.
  • Full body massage clients usually start by laying face down, with your head in a face cradle so your spine stays neutral. The therapist generally starts by working on your back, back of legs, front of legs, abdominal, arm neck and head.
  • Pregnancy massage clients start on side lying position with body pillow for support, on supine (laying on your back) and seated position supported with some pillows for comfort.
  • Treatment for children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in the treatment room or have written permission of the partner legal guardian to treat the child in the absence of his/her parent legal guardian.
  • After the treatment, it is recommended to drink some water. The reason is that water will help the kidneys and other organs process the various substances which move through the body on a regular basis and after a massage treatment, a lot of toxins have been released, so you need to flush them out.
